Returns & Exchanges
At JW Royal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, our straightforward policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.
Easy 7-Day Exchanges & Returns
You may request a return or exchange for most items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us within this period to initiate the process.
Exceptions: For hygiene and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns for bulky products (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Cooking Ranges, Freezers, AC units, and TVs) or personal care items once the packaging has been opened, unless the product exhibits a manufacturing defect. In such cases, a replacement or service of the same model will be provided under warranty (see our separate Warranty page for details).
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:
- Unused and in their original, undamaged packaging, including all original tags, accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- The reason for the return must be valid and meet our return acceptance criteria.
Please also provide your preferred refund method and any necessary details (e.g., bank account number).
Return and Exchange Process:
We will arrange for the collection of the item you wish to return or exchange. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your request accordingly. A shipping fee will be applied for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds:
Upon successful quality inspection of the returned item, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 working days. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not pass our quality inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. To process an exchange, you will need to return the original item, and we will facilitate the order of the new item.
Packaging Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is securely packed in its original packaging or adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. JW Royal will not be liable for any damage caused by inadequate packaging, and such items may be returned to the customer without processing.
Valid Reasons for Returns:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging with an unbroken seal.
Important Note: The original shipping address provided during order placement will be the designated pickup and delivery address for any returns or exchanges. This address cannot be modified. Products that have undergone unauthorized repairs will not be accepted for return or exchange.
