Warranty for Faulty Items

We are committed to the quality of our products. Most electrical products are covered by a warranty of at least one year. The specific warranty period for your product will be indicated in the product listing.

If you encounter a defect after the initial 7-day return period and your product is within the warranty period, we encourage you to contact us directly. We may be able to provide troubleshooting assistance or identify a quick solution.

For warranty claims, you may have the option to bring the product to our service center for repair or replacement, which can often be the most efficient way to resolve the issue. If a pickup from your location is necessary, a delivery charge will apply. Serviced products will be returned to the original shipping address provided during order placement, which cannot be changed.

Warranty Policies

  • Products sold under special deals, promotions, or at significantly reduced prices are non-refundable but can be replaced with the same product in case of physical damage or manufacturing defects, subject to availability.
  • Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • If a product under the manufacturer's warranty cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • Warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the individual product listing to confirm if warranty benefits are included.
  • The original shipping address provided during order placement will be the registered pickup and delivery address for any warranty claims and cannot be modified.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that merchandise for warranty claims is securely packed in its original packaging or adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. JW Royal will not be liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging, and such items may be returned to the customer without servicing.
